Well, not for me. I don't eat this stuff. But I'm betting a few of you
will think this is miraculous.

Clarification: only if they spill beer in that basement tank.

A few of us?! Highly unlikely. Bet those college kids who don't know what
fondue is will eat it up!

All I see is a really efficient way to make the food cold and the drink
warm at the same time.

If they made it out of thin foam - thin enough not to take up /tons/ more
room - the temperature separation would be better.

But the separation between the chicken nuggets and the cola was developed by
NASA, and is such a perfect insulator it keeps the chicken hot, and the
beverage cold.

I'll believe it when I see it.

You said it, Vilco, truly miraculous.

The only way they could improve it is to make the CONTAINER
out of
French fries. (Do you think they'd pay me a royalty for
that idea?)

Oh, come on, that was a joke. In all seriosness, it looks like a good way
to make your chicken nuggets cold and your drink warm to me too.

Maybe I am missing something, but why is that kind of packaging
advantageous for us consumers? I googled for "BBQ Chicken" and it looks
like they have a store about 50 miles north of where I live. From what I
can see on the web, fried chicken is their speciality, not chicken
nuggets. If I am up in the NYC area, I might just stop by to check them
out.

Are you still jealous because you never got to go to college? At your age,
you would have just done all the drugs you could spend your parents money on
anyway. Then you wouldn't remember college, and you'd still be jealous.

Actually that's a pretty good idea. There is a Chinese dish called
Seafood Basket. I don't know its actual listed name on the menu. Hey I
only eat the stuff when I am invited for dinner or order a dinner for
10 with whatever the combo courses comes in. The dish comprises of
seafood (scallops, shrimp, calamari) stir fried in thick sauce with
several veggies and served in this "basket.". The basket I believe is
strings of sugarbeet molded between two wire baskets and deep fried.
The basket keeps the shape of the mold. Very crispy and tasty.
French fries would be soggy in comparison. So we expand your idea and
premake sugarbeet basket the size of a pop cup. Use that basket to
hold a fresh order of chicken nuggets, beef nuggets or whatever. It
will have to be eaten hot and the sauce added just before eating. The
basket will be even more effective than styrofoam in insulating the
hand from the hot food. It will not be that effective in keeping the
food warm though. The only paper packaging will be a thin cupcake like
basket wrapper. Everything else is edible.

COLLEGE. Now go away BOY, you bother me.
