The store told me to contact the company, the company told me it was the store's responsibility. All I know is that I spent over $200 for saute pans that stuck like crazy and ended up at Goodwill.. gloria p |

Buy the good stuff: http://tinyurl.com/2nqrlk Also, Teflon does not remain perfectly non-slip forever, regardless of what you've heard. Foods can become stuck to Teflon, specially if burnt/overcooked. This leaves a slight residue that is not non-slip. Over time, this slowly bakes on and builds up, but still remains more non-stick than, say, anodized finishes. One last tip: don't use metal on any kind of Teflon, regarldless of what bull they feed you about "can use metal utensils". BTW, you want the good stuff, the really last a lifetime non-slip coating? Bring money! http://www.whitfordww.com/excalibur.html nb |

And the heavy stainless I have is pretty-much non-stick, although it doesn't have a Teflon coating. N. |
