Default Uses for leftover cake batter?

I made a bunch of cupcakes and had about 1 cup of cake batter left
over. Of course I can make more cupcakes with it.... but I'm
wondering, does anyone have any fun uses for leftover cake batter?
It's yellow cake, and I also have frosting.

Thanks in advance,
Jen

some folks think anything is fryable, so just fry it up like a pancake.
