Such an inaccurate observation is probably a troll; raspberry
sherbet with garlic or garlic meringues? However, I used to
maintain that, if a recipe called for garlic, you could never
use too much but I proved myself wrong when making aioli!

I have had almost nothing in Italy as garlicky as what some folks will make
in the US. It's enough to gag a maggot sometimes.

DAYMN! You must have gone seriously overboard. I've never made aioli
when I thought I'd added too much garlic.
