Sounds good to me - but posts like this always send me off to Wiki to
look up the USA 'cuts of beef' chart because we (in RSA) call tenderloin
steak 'fillet steak' and round is divided into rump, topside, silverside
etc. which is a kind of 'mixture' of USA cuts and British - sigh. So was
it sirloin, top sirloin or what? Just curious.

We had a nice piece of roast pork tonight - the 'crackling' turned out
perfect - and I made steamed broccoli with cheddar cheese sauce, roast
spuds and carrots to go with it. It made for a very satisfying, if
simple, dinner... BTW, I was too lazy to make homemade apple sauce so I
cheated and opened a jar.... <blush>

Default Lunch today

A thick, pan-fried, medium rare sirloin steak with fresh cracked pepper and
garlic, a mountain of chopped broccoli with a generous sprinkle of cheddar
melted over it, and a tall frosty glass of cranberry juice.

Trying to work through the unhealthy road food I had over the past few days.
