Last time I boiled meat was a loooooong time agao and it was a 2 week old
roadkill 'roo.

It's the only way you can eat it at that stage.

Never want to try boiled meat again........ ever!!

That's the trouble with St. Patrick's and St. Joseph's day falling right
next to each other.

Tonight it was a nice Bolognese. Sorry, the Italian is the more dominant
side.
