Default Fresh favas

My local store had fresh favas for 99 cents a pound, so I got a big
bagful. Took about 10 minutes to pop them out of the pod, and then I
sauteed them in some butter and garlic and salt and pepper.

Later in the season, the beans need hulling, but this early, the
hulls are light enough to just stay on. Less work this way, and the
beans are quite good.
