....and I have to say, it was pretty good! My SIL invited my daughter and I over for
dinner to thank us for babysitting. She's a vegetarian (about 2 years along now). She
made taco salad, a bit different than my version. Tofu "meat", seasoned well, went
into a salad of lettuce, mache, spinach, and arugula, along with cheese (shredded),
avocado, and tomato. Served on tortilla strips, with her homemade ranch dressing on
the side. Surprisingly (to me) good stuff.

It was good, and the first time that I've had ranch on a taco salad too. Like I said,
I was surprised I liked it as well as I did ;-)
