Forgot to add: what worries me even more is that fact that the majority
(so far) don't save bacon grease at all They do not know what they're
missing, IMHO...

don't strain it. (Thus only four options as I submitted it: strain,

Doubtful.

But that *is* a reason why I provided choices -- to avoid that kind of
thing.

Figure in the vegetarians, eggo-whatevertarians, todaysfaditarians, and so
on, and that'll explain some of them.
