Order so you can Kill your Countries Enemies with it before they Kill You.
These days, I do not have to visit exotic overseas countries as my
Countries Enemies are seen wallowing around our seats of government, they
guzzle and cavort at the Public trough so deeply they make Caligula and

i was in western turkey in april of 1995, i didn't go to gallipoli but met
many ozzies and kiwis. spent a few hot afternoons on the top of our hotel
near ephusesus flying kites and drinking beers w/ a bunch of ozzies. they'd
later go into town well lit, start fights, and claim they were south
africans......................

they were very welcomed and honored by the turks. the english? not so
much......

joe
turkey was fun, i just don't need that fun right now...

I tried travelling thru' (northern) France back in '91-'92.
Was going to go from top to bottom and then into Spain.

It took me 6 days to travel 100k's........ I ended up giving up the idea
of doing the whole country and going back to the more sedate lifestyle
of a skydiver in the Netherlands!!

As soon as the people up there in the north found out I was an ex-
soldier........ especially an Aussie...... the reception was amazing. I
was carted from town to town and feted like a bloody pop star!!

That was where I had my fill of French wine :-)

I still like the rustic French food though.

A friend of mine in Dunedin, NZ, shipped me some Chelsea golden syrup
'specially so that I could make PROPER ANZAC bikkies. That was back in the
day when I worked for International Services at UCD and I would make them
for the antipodean students/scholars. Fabulous way to meet cute guys with
funny excints :-)))))

Har har! There are dozens of funny accents in the US, mine probably being
one of them, although my is distinctly mid-western, which is considered
relatively neutral in the US.
