Default Got Breakfast?

Got Breakfast?

Maybe Smart Balance peanut butter on kavli crispbread x 2 and a wad of bagged
"field greens" salad with safflower oil & apple cider vinegar dressing with
fresh cracked white pepper and a tall glass of fat-free milk?

I can't handle peanut butter in the morning; actually, I seldom eat
it, although I like a sandwich now and then, or to spread some on soda
crackers. Just not in the morning.

There's a high school girl who rides the bus in the mornings - always
gets on with 2 whole, whole-wheat bread and peanut butter sandwiches,
and proceeds to eat them both by the time I get to work. The smell is
almost too much. I want to smack her.

helen,

I love sugar corn!

I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes last year but I'm willing to spike to high
heaven than miss out on "pick-your-own" sugar corn harvest day at the farm
nearby! Lay down in the dirt and eat more than my fill of sugar corn,
drizzling corn milk down my shirt with not a care in the world. Like I did
as a kid. Marco... Polo!!!

You must join me some harvest day!

A broccoli omelette sounds great. I will try one tomorrow!

Best,

Andy

I had a broccoli omlette. 2 egg whites with one whole egg and enough
broccoli so that the egg was just barely sticking it together. Now I'm
having an ear of steamed corn. No butter or salt. Just corn. Mmmmmmmmm.

Leftover potato casserole from supper last night. Frequently leftovers live
on my breakfast plate. It makes to use up the leftovers and I don't have to
come up with anything else. Yea, I am lazy in the morning. It's not a crime.

Cindi,

I'd be right at home at your breakfast table. I'll have my people will call
your people?!?

Best,

Same here! Leftover chicken/broccoli/pasta/cheese casserole. Glass of skim
milk. Is everyone afraid to call it skim milk these days?
