Instead of serving with ice cream (which I don't have) I'm going to put a dollop of creme fraiche on top (which I had been looking for ways to use up) instead. I just bought a ripe pineapple today ($2.99) and while clearing out the pantry a bit had just found a bottle of homemade "kahlua" neighbors made and sent over. |
