You only have four components: noodles, white layer (ricotta or cottage cheese mixed with garlic, Parmesan and parsley flakes), red layer (tomato sauce with ground meat and some spices/herbs in it) and cheese (Parmesan and Mozzarella). What's so frustrating about that? I love making it because it's so - I dunno, orderly or something. N. |
