I betcha he'd like ravioli if he likes lasagna. Spinach soufflé is one of my faves. Chicken breast meat, sliced, sautéed briefly in butter then pan deglazed with tiniest amount of white wine is our family stand by for people with mouth problems. We call it Angels' Tongues. |
