What do you mean by "nacho cheese"? That orange
cheese-flavored crud poured over tortilla chips
at really crappy concession stands at county fairs
and flea markets?

I've seen that stuff in big cans at Smart & Final.
I wasn't tempted to buy any, but the thought did
occur to me that if I had one of those big FLDS
polygamist families, that would be the way to
feed them.

I suppose other people might have had different
thoughts on seeing big cans of the stuff.

I don't know what nacho cheese is. Most people make cheese sauce for
nachos by melting their favorite cheese (Monterey jack or cheddar or
even Velveeta) and stirring in some salsa.

Anyone have a good source of a mail order place for nacho cheese? I
can't find it at any of the grocery stores in my area.

I am not too keen about buying food over the Internet but maybe
someone had more experience at it.

Why "recipe"?

I hope the moratorium works better than the one on naugas.
