That orange cheese-flavored crud poured over tortilla chips at really crappy concession stands at county fairs and flea markets? I've seen that stuff in big cans at Smart & Final. I wasn't tempted to buy any, but the thought did occur to me that if I had one of those big FLDS polygamist families, that would be the way to feed them. I suppose other people might have had different thoughts on seeing big cans of the stuff. |

Most people make cheese sauce for nachos by melting their favorite cheese (Monterey jack or cheddar or even Velveeta) and stirring in some salsa. N. |

Anyone have a good source of a mail order place for nacho cheese? I
can't find it at any of the grocery stores in my area. I am not too keen about buying food over the Internet but maybe someone had more experience at it. |
