I have gone to a few different Thai restaurants and gotten lunch
specials that feature a little side salad that comes with a dressing that is just divine. On one menu they called it a "sesame dressing" but I'm not sure about that; it is creamy & opaque, light yellow in appearance, and slightly sweet with a little tang. Definitely not Chinese Chicken style and I don't think it has peanut butter. Is anyone familiar with this sort of dressing? I would love to try and replicate it at home. TIA! |
