Default Spaghetti Pie

Hers a recipe that I have made MANY times I think you'll like this.
It'll also bring us back on topic I hope.

CRUST:

6oz. spaghetti
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
2 well beaten eggs

FILLING:

1 c. Cottage Cheese

MEAT:

1 lb ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1c. fresh tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Stir butter
into hot spaghetti. Stir Parmesan cheese and eggs together; add to
spaghetti. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10 inch
pie plate (half this mixture). Spread cottage cheese over this bottom
spaghetti crust.

In a Skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and green pepper until
vegatables are tender; drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, and the
rest of ingredients. Heat through. Fold mixture into spaghetti crust
topping with remaining spaghetti crust. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella chesse on top; bake another 5 - 10
minutes until chees is melted. Serves 6.

I love this recipe I make it whenever I need a quick meal that will
last a few days in the fridge. Give it a try, i bet you'll like it.

So "old fashioned" (in other words, out of date) that the recipe has
"Margarine" in it.
What 1950s women's magazine did you steal it out of?

OBVIOUSLY....You can't read. The recipe calls for BUTTER OR
MARGARINE....and it's my twist on my aunts recipe which uses lasagna
noodles for the crust....so shut your PIE HOLE if you can't read a
recipe and comment NICELY about it....GOD I hope your wife does the
cooking in your home, you'd prolly mix DRANO with Granulated Sugar and
and kill everyone.......HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!!

You haven't read enough of the group to understand his post. He is
the resident watchdog against all forms of hydrogenated oil. Any
recipe with margarine, crisco, etc., gets a similar comment. -aem

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE RECIPE THEN OVER LOOK IT AND DON'T COMMENT ON
IT....IF YOU THINK IT'S TIME CONSUMING, DON'T TRY IT AND KEEP YOUR PIE
HOLE SHUT....SOME OF US ARE JUST TRYING TO PASS ON RECIPES YOU
IGNORANT BLOW HARDS MIGHT LIKE.....BUT OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE NOTHING
BETTER TO DO THAN COME IN HERE AND BE LITTLE SOMEONE WHO IS JUST
TRYING TO PUT SOMETHING OUT THERE THAT OTHERS MAY WANT TO TRY....ONCE
AGAIN IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE POST THEN KEEP YOUR PIE HOLE SHUT AND MOVE
ON.....Notice How I incorporate FOOD into my sarcasm?....lol
