You want to produce lots of urine. Plain water is best
for that. Water with electrolytes will tend to be
retained, however you could become depleted in
electrolytes if you go overboard drinking lots
of plain water.

They're aren't any enzymes that need to be replenished.

I just caught this. Michael... you live with a doctor. Why not ask *him*
what he suggests?
