I didn't realize until I saw one, but 9 quarts is the perfect size.

(Except for our Calphalon wedding gifts (large and small fry pan, omelet pan, and Wok) all I have ever cooked with were hand-me-downs and not very good quality ones, either, so this is exciting to me. ![]() |
