Default Speaking of ginger

I had one of these for breakfast, they are just outstanding.
They're on the pricey side, but I order a few at a time and
each box makes six cakes:

Caramel-Pecan Ginger cakes. Oh, are they good.
I make them in a muffin pan as I don't have the right
size ramekins.

Nancy, they're $10! after the first batch you can't you make up the recipe?
Can't be so hard, I bet if Barb wasn't jollying around France she could come
up with a new improved homemade version!
They look delish. Although everything does when your trying to drop 10Lb!
I've got six weeks till vacation, and those holiday clothes are just not
going to fit!
Plan B is to buy flowing clothing.
The squeezed into it look is just awful!

Haha, you caught that. They have gone up. I stock up when they
are on sale. What the heck, I think the cakes are well worth
$1.50 each. And, no, after the first batch, I can assure you, I
cannot make up the recipe. I'm no baker.

I'll send her a box and a mission, duplicate these!

Don't worry about the clothes, just have a great vacation!
I hope you're going somewhere nice.

Plus on the way down the suitcase will be lighter and easily carried. And
since you'll be taking minimum clothes down ....it will be lighter on the
way home too even though it will be heavier than on the way there.

We went to Europe a couple of years ago... packed one carry on bag
each - he packed more than I did. I barely wore everything (the
beauty of *not* being on a guided tour) and bought enough clothing to
fondly remember my trip even now.
