Default Sunday Breakfast

Toast and coffee. Woke up early to catch the French Open finals, way
too early for a real breakfast. So just a nibble now and brunch later
on in the day. Just so happens I have a bit of smoked salmon so
there's the omelet. Also happen to have some cooked potatoes so I
guess I'll do home fries with fresh chopped dill to complement both..
No sparkling wine in the house though, so we don't get mimosas today.

Speaking of which, we like to buy champagne "splits" to have on hand,
but haven't seen any the last couple of trips to the beverage store.
Is that just chance or is something happening there? -aem
