Wow, what perfect timing. What with so many people just flush with spare
cash I'm sure this will be a very successful item. Cristal champagne is
just such a perfect accompaniment. I hope you get extra cheese with it,

Geez! With the lousy condition of the United States dollar, I am
guessing that it would cost us Americans around $150 to try one of those
hamburgers.

95 pounds is more like 200 bucks.

The article is from the UK...

I grilled bacon-wrapped filet minons last night. But I drive an economy car
so I can put more money into good food than I do into the gas tank

Swell. Why don't you fly to the "UK" and order one, ask for a supersized
Cristal for an extra 50 bucks? I mean you can afford it, you drive an 84
Honda.

Those were my thoughts exactly when I first heard of this sandwich, Michael.
I think it's a bit overkill. Keep it simple!

It doesn't matter what kind of beef they use, it's still going to be cooked
in the traditional BK format because that's how the kitchen is set up. It's
an absolutely ridiculous item. But, hey, if anyone has the cash and wants
to blow it on something so frivolous that doesn't even sound appetizing,
they can go right ahead. Fools.

I bet they serve the Cristal with crushed ice in a cup with a straw.

LOL

I heard that Buger King is offering a new burger with
Wagyu beef in it. Yummy!

Certainly a waste of good Cristal LOL. It was on the national news (US);
the American reporter didn't seem overly enthusiastic about it at any
rate.

BK, even in a relatively upmarket neighbourhood, just doesn't strike me
as decent ambience for such an expensive item

She may even be able to afford fillet mignons, too.
