Greetings!
I'm out of my element and don't have access to my cook book. Would some kind person post the Joy of Cooking recipe for Russian Dressing? It has Mayo, ketchup, horse radish, and optional Worcestershire. I don't remember the portions to use. Thanks! Michael AW (AKA; Piedmont) ** Posted from http://www.teranews.com ** |

It is as simple as I could do it but still have a good flavor and results. http://web.comporium.net/~amwil/discursion.htm#Pastrami! Enjoy! Michael AW ** Posted from http://www.teranews.com ** |

I'd never heard of it as an ingredient either. But when you think about it - caviar is typically Russian so how else would the dressing get its name? -- I never worry about diets.
