Default Dinner tonight. Inspired by Gordon Ramsey.

Hells Kitchen did a segment where the wannabe chefs had to make a meal out
of leftovers.

I had the same dilemma tonight.

I had a corn fed chook, some mushrooms, some potatos, some left over rice,
some capsicums I picked from my mates vege patch, a can of tomato soup that
needed to be gone........ and some herbs (from my mates place :-)

Used them all.

Description and pics to come.......... when I'm not so damn tired.

I never worry about diets. The only carrots that interest me are the number of carats in a diamond.

WAIT! Let's play the "What would YOU make?" game!

Given those ingredients and the items currently in my pantry and
refrigerator, I'd make curried tomato-rice soup, chicken tikka masala (using
the chiles), and pakoras with potatoes and mushrooms.

Anybody else want to play?

Bob, pretty sure that my menu wasn't inspired by Gordon Ramsay

(BTW, shouldn't the plural of "capsicum" be "capsica"?)

It's short for chooken :-)

The Aussie vernacular for chicken.

I'm so over that word.
