Hi,
A long time ago I had a cookery book published by Sainsbury's which contained a recipe for Roman Caraway Chicken. As I recall, the recipe did not use cumin but actual caraway seeds. I no longer have the book and I wondered if anyone here happened to have the recipe for this dish ? Many thanks, Mike |

If yes, that recipe would be from Apicius; either Pullum Numidicum or Pullum elixum ex iure suo. Cheers, Michael Kuettner |
