Default dinner tonight

Decided to try cooking a beef heart. Stuffed, browned and braised. Ok, I
guess but nothing to write home about

P.S. been away for while. Had real problems setting up vista to get my
groups.

Allan loves beef heart. Every time he finds it in our Mexican market (he
can find it whole there, rather than sliced) he buys it up. He usually
roasts the ones he gets to medium rare and slices them on the bias.

This one got a little overdone, but it's still really juicy.

I won't/can't eat beef heart, but it actually smelled really good.

Heart is not organ meat, it is a muscle.

If the heart is not an organ then what is it. It may be made of muscle but
it's still an organ
