Just for the information of dog owners. Beware of sugarless gum with
zylotol. It is highly poisonous to your pets

There are indeed many ways to injure/kill a hated canine.

A little something I've previously posted:

_______________
"If someone is taking their dog out to shit by the sidewalk and not
cleaning up after it, then taking the dog back inside where it will
spend all day until her or her boyfriend get home from work you can
take a 00 size gelatin capsule filled with Pure Cap (made by Garden
Row Foods http://www.firegirl.com/hs1154.html )
and take a small piece of steak to which you have made an incision
just right to completely enclose the capsule and insert the capsule.
Since dogs scarf small
pieces of meat whole, it will be some time before the capsule
dissolves, but when it does extreme peristalsis will occur, and when
the stuff reaches the large intestine, which has pain sensitive
nerves,
the dog--no matter how much of a 'good dog' he or she is--will not be
able to control its bowels. Add to that the fact that the dog's
asshole will also be burning like hell right after it shits, and you
know what that'll lead to, right? You guessed it, butthole surfing
across the carpets.
Yeah, all those times I had to walk past that stinking dogshit on my
way to catch the bus to school...It's fun to make the punishment fit
the crime. "

Hope you don't have an arguement with your boyfriend/girlfriend. You

What do you mean, "hold a grudge too long!" ???

The time frame in which this did, or did not, take place was a matter of
weeks.

I like dogs and I despise not the dogs but the owners who can't train
their hounds or clean up after them. It's a pity you can't attack the
owners but even zylitol (is it an x or a z?) does not seem to bother
humans except by producing a sensation of coolness in the mouth if you
eat sugarless candies.

Am I reading correctly, Bryan is "taking the bus to school"? That explains
the juvenile answer.

In his case it's apparently the "short" bus, Jill...

In times past we'd put such sociopathic children into the local "juvenile
home"...now we refer to them as "actualized".

Speaking of the short bus...here is Ruby Anne Boxcar's famous

THE SMALL YELLOW SCHOOL BUS CAKE

1 lg can crushed pineapple
1 can instant cherry pie fillin'
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 stick margarine

Do not stir any of the ingredients together!
Spread the pineapples and their juice in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Carefully spoon the cherry fillin' onto the pineapple layer. Sprinkle
the dry yellow cake mix over the cherry fillin' layer. Place pecans
on top and dot with margarine. Bake 350F for 1 hour. Serve plain or
with vanilla ice cream....LuLu Bell Boxcar, Lot #8.

Here is another treat from Ruby Ann

TIPPER TATOR TOT CASSEROLE

"Lovie told me that every time Al Gore visits, he requests this dish,
which is why she named it after Tipper.

1 lb ground beef
2 tb onion, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cups government cheese, shredded
20 tater tots.

Brown the meat in skillet and add the onion. Cook for 1 minute. In a
casserole dish, combine half the meat mixture and the cream of chicken
soup. Add the remainin' meat mixture and top with the cheddar cheese
coup. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the mixture. Cover it
with the tater tots and bake for 350F for 1 hour. ---Lovie Birch,
Lot #20.

Who would eat crap like that?

One thing I do like is the "government cheese" thing. I decided a
couple of weeks ago that that' the best term for process cheese.

Oh, it's not excruciating pain, and I can assure you that it's over
rather quickly, and the residual discomfort is felt almost exclusively
by the owner. Most folks here eat commercially slaughtered beef, and if
you want to place a dog's emotional suffering above a cow's, well, OK,
but I assure you that the pain inflicted upon the dog pales in
comparison to what cattle suffer in slaughtering operations.

You want to bring that into the argument? Are you actually familiar
with The Bonobos' material? I've found that very few people have a
negative opinion of the "music." It's my lyrics that people object to.
Let's see, "didactic," "pedantic," "leftist nut-case," "vulgar,"
"offensive," heck all that, but about MY lyrics, not about the musical
composition or performance. If you want to go after my lyrics, fine,
but unless you've listened to the stuff, don't go blowing out your ass
about it. If anyone wants mp3s, I offer them.
Really, Cybercat, have you listened to it?

It's pretty funny when folks like you or Jill, both of whom are also
disliked by quite a few regulars here, jump on the give-Bryan-shit
thing. It's like the kid who gets picked on siding with the bullies.
*See, we hate him too. Can we be included on the anti-Bryan bandwagon
too?* I doubt that this will get you a lunchtime seat with the popular
kids.

Listen, asshole, some of us take public transit to college, work, etc.
This incident took place about 10 years ago, which would have put me at
36-38 years old. As of late January of this year, I started riding the
bus to work again. I also bought a bicycle, which I can ride to the
buses, all of which have bike racks on the front, and I can take it on
the Metrolink trains as well.

I think that having to deal with your dog's shit all over your carpet is
a just punishment for shitting your dogs next to a public sidewalk and
not cleaning it up.

You are a species traitor. If you choose to live in a dwelling with
those stinking beasts, hey, go for it, but I doubt that you take the
across the street, shit them between the sidewalk and street and leave
it there to disgust passersby.

The dog wasn't damaged, merely put into a bit of discomfort. In war,
there's almost always some collateral damage, and I'd say if one can
limit it to an hour or two of unpleasantness, with no lasting effects,
that's doing pretty good. The unpleasantness suffered by the owners
however, is a thing of beauty and justice.

I'd also suggest that if you love animals so much that their well
being trumps that of humans, that you should give up eating meat. You
ARE, I'm sure, aware of the way chickens and cows are treated at
slaughtering time. Then there are pigs, quite possibly smarter than
dogs, which are left to stew in their own excrement. Unlike a dog,
which will happily roll in its own filth, pigs like to be clean.
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Are_pigs_clean

Are you a human that prefers "doing damage to a helpless animal" over
giving up pork roast? That's not a rhetorical question.

Besides, like the road trip to WI, where only cash was used, and
cameras left at home, no one has any way of knowing for certain what I
actually did, or did not do.

clearly, poisoning dog or its owner is the epitome of justice. or
maybe you could just blow up their house with everyone inside.

here's a clue, bobo: nobody gives a shit about your band. and an
additional clue, at no charge: jill and cyber aren't the only people
who think you're a dick.

I did look at the u-tube video (or whatever) you posted sometime ago.
All I can say is it was horrible. Keep your day job because you're
not going anywhere in the music business.

Addressing Boobo via Asshole Ludicrous, since I have the Boob
killfiled:

Yes, I have listened to it, two computers ago, before the first time I
killfiled you. Your music SUCKS. It is artless, skillless, and inane.

Claiming that your country's norms are a moral standard is putting
yourself in the same logical justification category as the Hitler
Youth. Please tell the person you've accused of cowardice how the dog
is more worthy of *rights* than the pig.
I've fought a dog, not by choice mind you, but because the dog's owner
was sloppy enough to let an American Bull Terrier off a leash. I won,
partly because I delivered six well placed punches to its head, and
also because she finally restrained the beast, all the while saying
shit like, "Spuds, don't hurt my Spuds."

Your affection for your own companion animals is fine, but anyone who
argues that dogs deserve a higher regard than pigs better make a
better case for it than relying on social norms or in the long run,
Usenet will find you more lacking than me. The Nazis dehumanized
Jews, homosexuals, et al, and heck, while we're at it, the Jews stoned
sexual deviants to death in Old Testament times.

It is true that the dog has a different historical relationship with
*us*, HUMANS, than the pig, but look at the injustices of history that
were very recently, VERY RECENTLY in the context of history, taken as
givens. The Loving case for example (inter-racial marriage).

You really want to challenge me? Really? You really want to
charachterize me as cowardly?

They have for quite a few years, dude, and quite a few individuals
have failed to follow up with a logical argument that put me in what
they thought was my proper place. Are you the courageous one? Not
likely. You'll let this thread die. Prove me wrong. I challenge
you. I call you out. You who typed the word "cowardly,"
