Default BBQ Recipes- HELP!

Hi all

Can anyone suggest some really good BBQ recipes as I have just entered
a competition to be Britain's Best BBQ'er 2008 and you have to cook
your own recipe as well as a set one and I am stumped, I usually just
do bangers!!

Does anyone have anyamazing suggestions? The website is
britainsbestbbqer co uk if you need to have a look?

Thanks!

Are you speaking of real BBQ or some particular type of barbequed meat (i.e.
chicken or bangers)?

How about grilled pineapple basted with a rum, butter and brown sugar
sauce? No wait that isn't true BBQ it is grilling instead...never mind.

So you can win a competition using someone else's recipe? That would
just make you Britain's Best Fake BBQ'er, wouldn't it?

Do you know any good recipes from Europe? -aem

ObFood: Planters peanuts from the vending machine. The only reaturant
