Default It's Not Too Late To Prevent That Hangover

In my experience, eating a big bowl of soup eliminates
or greatly diminishes a hangover. But the catch is
that you have to eat it before you start drinking
(or during). Any brothy soup will do. I guess it's
all the salty water which does the trick.

Yep, it's the water. Drinking alcohol dehydrates the brain, and
drinking lots of water or soup helps prevent that. The vitamins and
minerals in soup won't be doing you any harm, either.

Not true at all.

It's the water, actually. Alcohol dehydrates you, which is part of the
reason you feel so lousy after a night of drinking. I always make sure to
drink lots of water whenever I have any alcohol, and I've never had a
hangover yet.
