In another thread about BBQ, I noticed you don't use sauce. As a good
ole former Southern Boy, I thought you and others might like a sauce
recipe I've had for about 30 years for 600 chickens on the grill. It's
also great as a marinade, and is equally good with pork. I was reminded
of it when a friend called me the other day who had lost the recipe, but
had used it so much over the years that he knew it by heart. He was
just double checking to make sure he had it right.

I'll post it tomorrow.....I'm too tired to fool with it tonight. I
don't even remember where it came from originally.....like a benefit
barbeque here in SC. You don't have to cook all that chicken - it's
easily downsized!

Thanks, Libby, for thinking of that. Yes I would like to have the recipe.
I don't typically use a sauce on BBQ, and heaven forbid anything out of a
bottle. :-) However, I've been know to shake some hot sauce on my ribs at
times. A really good homemade sauce migh be very tempting.

I'll look for your post when you've got the time and energy to post it.

Thanks, again...
