Several manufacturers make them. Here is one from Maytag:

I have a SubZero that has a pullout freezer drawer on the bottom.
Absolutely rocks.

Terry, I "think" the OP was looking for a bottom freezer that was not a
pull out drawer. I agree, however, that SubZero rocks!

It would have to be a bottom drawer...who would want to lay on the floor
to look in the freezer?

For someone like me, I can't even really use a bottom drawer freezer
that much, due to the bending needed to access things at the bottom. I
can handle a top mounted freezer, which is the right height for me.

No, it would not *have* to be a bottom drawer. The question was about a
conventional bottom freezer model. Many of the conventional models have
baskets that slide out.

Basket that slide... isn't that the same as a drawer?

My point if I had one was that something had to be involved other than
just a door or you'd have to lay on the floor to see into the freezer...

My older 'freezer on top' model fridge just has a door and a wire shelf
and some ice cube trays. If I turned the fridge over I'd have to lay on
the floor to see into the freezer compartment...Jeeze when you have to
draw diagrams for a joke....and I can't find my pointer.

No, it's not. The basket(s) are easily removable so that access for
cleaning the interior is extremely easy. There is also less wasted space
like that taken up by the drawer mechanism.

I understand your point, and I explained about the sliding basket(s).

If you were joking about it, it was not all that obvious.

Personally, I would not want a bottom freezer no matter what configuration.
I was attempting to respond to a request. I don't really know why the OP
wanted that particular type of model. I was just happy to be able to
provide a sample source.

I love mine (Amana) because the contents of the chiller section are
pretty much at eye level and the chiller door is opened at least 8 times
more frequently than the freezer section. Easier to see what's in the
chiller.

And I *love* (will never have another freezer-on-top model) my bottom
freezer (a drawer rather than a door with pull out shelves) because I am
easily looking down at its contents. It's two levels and has a wire
basket that I can, if need be, pull out for easy visual inspection and
access.
