Default Popcorn

How is this possible.
Unpopped pocorn is marked as all fiber but when it is popped itis not
all fiber. After it pops isn't it the same amount of fiber as before
it was popped? Not a question that will change the world but curious.

Your initial premise that an unpopped kernal is ALL fiber is not correct.
Therefore, there is no conundrum.

shows 12.7% fiber.
