We saw it the first time.

It would help a lot if you would make your recipes user friendly to those
outside India. I don't know many people who can get "coriander leaves". We
use dried, ground coriander, but there is no way to tell from your recipes
how much to use.

You might be surprised. Even the local family owned Italian market has
bunches of coriander for <$1.

Ground coriander is the same as fresh cilantro, only it's dried. Fresh
cilantro
is availabale everywhere.

Coriander = cilantro. It should not be hard to find nearly anywhere.

It isn't.

You can get dried Cilantro leaf but it isn't anywhere near as fragrant
as the fresh stuff. (Nothing is, but if needs must then frozen leaf
may suffice.)

Ground Coriander is the ground fruits of the Cilantro plant. An
entirely different kettle of tortoises.
