Heard that on CNN last night. I'm not sure I'd like it because my
feet are still ticklish (didn't outgrow it). I lived by a lake as a
kid and still remember when a school of minnows would start
"nibbling"... they were cute, but it tickled!

That sounds like a claim to treat disease, which
would require FDA approval.
