Yeah, I thought about that. Wonder why it's on the OK list they gave me? I
made some biscuits instead and had one with a little Smart Balance spread.

Yabbut... I don't like having to AC more because of the oven. I
guess there you have a lot more hot days though, and it would be
hard not to do that.

It's pretty much standard practice here, or you wouldn't put the oven on
3/4 of the year.

I'm getting that impression. What works here (barely) would not
work well there.

That being said, I am toying with baking something this morning.
It is cooler (thus far) but humid. This summer has been VERY
humid, and we are in a storm pattern that is kind-of odd.
