My Husband and I just returned from the little fair in town and we had
a strawberry shakeup.. no not lemon shakeup. This was strawberry and
it was GOOOOD. We goggled strawberry shakeups and they haven't got a
recipe, so I turn to you my cooking friends for the recipie I know
someone out there has it please share it with us.

I never heard of a shake-up but I used to make strawberry frappés. It's
been ages so (from memory) you'll have to adjust.

Serves: 1 large or 2 small

2 handfulls of hulled strawberries
1 handfull of chopped ice cubes
1 cup of milk
2 heaping Tablespoons of brown sugar

Blend until smooth.

Enjoy,

Andy

I'd add some vanilla or strawberry ice cream to the mix,
