Hey, there's always lunch! Don't worry, tomorrow is another day!

I haven't eaten, yet, either. I have no idea what I'm going to have today.
There isn't much in the house. Pasta, simply dressed, with olive oil,
parmesan and garlic maybe?

Some days......... I forget to eat. I'm just not hungry.
It gets to about 1500hrs (3pm) and all of a sudden, my guts feels like
my throats been cut. *Then* it's a 'throw some fuel in the furnace' type
of eating :-)

A lot of times, I can go 12-18hrs without taking in any fluids. Most
times I have to force myself to drink some water. It's just not a
conscious thing I do.

I eat that way, too, but I do remember to drink water. TMI, but I tend to
get bladder infections if I don't drink enough water. :-/

Hmmmmm, never had one of those. It's funny (in a perverse sort of way)
how some people can abuse their bodies and organs on a daily basis and
get away with it, scott free. And others only have to go for a little
while with not enough water and get an organ infection.

My 'watermark' is when I go to have a pee and it's *really* yellow.....
then I say to myself "You need to drink some water".

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, maybe my 'innards' are "battle hardened"?

I do remember a group food poisoning episode. 2 couples, we all had the
same food....... the other 3 spent a couple of days 'dying'. I had a gut
ache the next morning, sat on the shitter, had a fart and a dump and
that was it. I was as right as rain :-)

(Maybe that was one for the TMI file :-)

The people who get more frequent bladder infections are usually female.

I didn't either. I am thinking about a big lunch. Nice omelet or
garlic-parmesan angel hair pasta.

Nah, that's like my husband. He can eat 2 week old food and spend a little
time in the bathroom. Me? I'll be throwing up and not knowing which end to
use in the can first. Just experienced that the other day, in fact. Nasty
business. Ugh!

I ended up with a lunch "WaWa" (Pennsylvania 7/11) Italian hoagie at the
park. Dressed in oil & vinegar. Stunk up the place

I love these. You can't get a decent one in North Carolina, either, that I
know of. I miss the real sub places up in Baltimore.

Next time you get lost around Pennsylvania, let's scrapple, hoagie and
cheesesteak make a day of it!?!

Well, dang! Send some our way. We're getting brief 2 minute showers and
we're getting tired of watering our plants. Help some folks out here in the
South, please!

It's been pretty dry here the past few weeks, we needed the
rain. I just would have preferred it didn't happen all in the space
of a couple hours.

Nothing even close to a drought situation though, don't get me
wrong.
