Default Fondue pot

A few days ago, Alton Brown did a episode on fondue and it brought
back memories. I want to do a fondue again. However, the fondue pot
went to a garage sale or Salvation Army years ago. AB mentioned using
a crock pot would work. Anybody ever try this?
TIA Allan

You got answers under Fondue.

The very same thing happened to me last week. Sorry. Maybe our OPs
are together on a desert island somewhere in cyberspace.
