Default Sunday BBQ Feast

Daughter #4 is journeying back to her homeland from [shudder] Back
East on Tuesday, along with her DH (who journeys back to the Manhattan
Legal Machine on Sunday) and the 1 year old twins, so we're having a
big family dinner on Sunday at Casa Squeaks. Since Daughter #4 is
setting up residence in a vacation condo in Dana Point, part of the
reason for the lavish feast is to provide her with leftovers. The
menu:

Marinated Muushrooms
Shrimp and Crab Ceviche

BBQ ribs
BBQ chicken
Potato Salad
Summer Tomatoes
garlic bread
Deviled Eggs
Corn on the Cob with Cheese and Lime
Sweet and Sour Cucumbers with Fresh Dill
Boston Baked Beans

German's chocolate cake/vanilla ice cream
Watermelon, Cantaloupe and Pineapple with Lime-Mint Syrup*

All recipes are tried and true and I'm happy to post any or all upon
request!

* This is a killer summer dessert - very light and Daughter #4 will
likely not see any leftovers from this one

Rather nice feast! Looks like you're going to be busy.

Thank God my boss is taking a CLE class all day on Thursday. I'm going
to run in early, put out any fires that need dousing, then spend the
rest of the day in the kitchen. This happens so rarely on a week day
that it's utter bliss - the house (i.e., "kitchen") to myself, stereo
rockin' and my boss trapped in a State Bar classroom in downtown LA
unable to call me except at lunch and on breaks - thank you, Caller
ID!

Hookey is fun whether you're 16 or 116. Not that I'm implying anything.
