So a middle-aged woman is supposed to have the skin of a teenager? I
don't get it.

I would be willing to bet that I make less than most of the people who
post in here, and it's likely that I have less formal education.

Why is it that Terry's posts of a 'consumer' nature don't *bother* me?
Perhaps it is because she is a useful and humorous contributor to the
group, and it is clear that she is not the stuck-up snob you make her
out to be. I will admit to reading the original post and feeling twinges
of jealousy, but I'd never take my dissatisfaction with my income
bracket out on someone more fortunate. Certainly not someone who, though
I have never met her, seems to be quite a nice person. The fact that you
are clearly jealous of the fact that she can afford nice things for
herself is no excuse for you to act like such an asshat.

oh, and this is just for you:

I was going to include Christine's post, but decided not to do so, as
you are clearly obsessing with my original post, which was meant to be
self-deprecating and far from "gosh aren't I cute." The point of the
original post no longer has any bearing on your multiplicity of posts
in response that clearly show your vicious nature.

I will no longer reply to your posts, as I will no longer see
them.Your value to the newsgroup is nil and I fail to see any posts
that are actually OT or that are worthy of reading.
