Yes, they were in proper chi-dog uniform, but that's about it. Even if it
had been a double (which is wasn't), they were still skinless and tasted
like they'd been in water forever. A clear infraction of the chi-dog rules,
IMO, and never to be enlisted again.

The vendor should be reported to the proper authorities immediately.
