A little impro :-)

A bed of fresh rocket, a small raw zucchini shredded over that, then 2
nectarines peeled and chopped. A big sliced of fresh tuna, seared
shortly on both sides (still raw inside), cooled and sliced, laid over
the nectarines. The sauce : lime juice, Weisswürstsenf (sweet German
mustard, meant for eating with white sausages, a Munich specialty),
honey, chopped fresh ginger, chopped fresh red chili pepper, olive
oil. More red chili on the side, for the aficionados. A liberal
sprinkle of fleur de sel. A good baguette. Gourmet heaven on a summer
evening :-)
