Thanks for the recommendation! I haven't tried that blend yet.

My older boy gave me the whole set of bbq blends from Penzey's for
Christmas last year. 8 or 10 jars, I can't remember. Anyway, they're
all good. I used a couple different ones - the lemon garlic, and the
Florida Pepper - on some orange roughy a couple nights ago, and they
were real tasty!
