You are between a rock and a hard place here. Who do you have the most loyalty to? If it is your mother, then you don't pass on the secret ingredient until your wife agrees to keep it secret. If she doesn't then don't pass on the secret ingredient. If she does agree (this is something the best chefs do) then let her know what it was and tell her to keep it a secret for your mothers memory. Dave |
