I am actually not in agreement here. While the issue is silly, e.g. the
thing the promis was made about, a promise is a promise. I have never broken
a promise.

Maybe I did and I have forgotten.

I should have said, "I try never to break promises," maybe. But the thing
is, I rarely MAKE promises!

Oh I don't make promises I can't keep! Really, truly, if I say "I promise,"
I mean it and I mean to keep it. This is mostly why I am still married.
