Bah, menu didn't turn out to be what I wanted since we didn't make it to the
store to get ravioli. Instead it tuned into Mac&Cheese in a cheese sauce then topped with cheese and bread crumbs and baked. Stuffed smoked pear, and tenderloin from the Q with some sauted (sp?) red onions. www.dustingodwinphoto.com/steak2.jpg and I hate the background color, too close to the other colors :-p |

One of my favourite things to do with pears is to poach them in red wine, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon or ginger (or both). |

This looks like a delicious meal; plus that photo would look great framed and sold as a group of four if you add others. I am always looking for creative ways to spice up my cooking classroom and little photos of "dish" shots would be a wonderful idea. Bon Appetit Denay |
