Default Bumper Crop of Tobascos

Hello. I have a huge harvest of red and green tobasco peppers, with many
more on the way. I made a tobasco vinegar and have been throwing one or
two into various relishes and pickles I made with zukes, cukes, etc.
However, I still have a gazillion of them, and don't need dried pepper
flakes (I have like a quart of the already). I though I'd ask here for
good hot pepper jelly or relish recipes. I have googled around and see
the gist of the recipes out there, but though folks here might have good
ideas, too.

I also have a rainbow of bell peppers, jalapeños, cherry and serranos to
add to recipes.
