Scrapple?! Waaahhh. I haven't had that for so long....

I had another Niman Ranch chipotle cheddar sausage.

There was a Niman Ranch demo at a local store yesterday, and I had
a long conversation with the man who was putting on the show. I
walked away even more impressed with this company--and with some
coupons and sausages, having learned that none of them are cured,
in spite of the fact that some labels don't say that explicitly.

Jean B.,

Niman Ranch sounds familiar. Kalifornia?

I can't recall.

Best,

Andy
