Default recipede for various american stuff?

Due to the unavailability of pre-packaged stuff (well they have it, just
real expensive) in Taiwan, I still want to eat spegetti and chilidogs and
stuff like that, is there a recipede for chili and sauce and "hamburger
helper" type dishes (like beef taco, 4 cheese lasagnia (sp??)) online? also
where can I get spices like oregano and stuff real cheap? they cost way too
much here... (about the equivilent of 2 bucks for a small 2 ounce jar)

Try copykat.com and topsecretrecipes.com Both feature a lot of US
restaurant food, but there are some fast-food recipes there, too. You
may have still have difficulty finding ingredients. Spices/herbs are
also expensive here. Some items are cheaper in local Asian markets, so
I'd check out a western specialty market.
