Diced red peppers. Probably means canned pimentos, but the recipe
isn't worth trying to figure out int eh first place.

Actually, I think the chicken is to be diced, and that word got
shifted
down one line. This sort of recipe is usually a meat stretcher, so
it's better
to chop up the chicken (I'd say into 1-inch pieces) to fool people
into thinking
they're getting more meat than they really are.
